- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment
- Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
- Delivery estimates run from dispatch date, not the order date
Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original condition with all parts and packaging
- Items that cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, personalised products
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Faulty or incorrect items: contact us promptly for a resolution
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
