Counter-Notice Procedure

If material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice with the following:

· Your physical or electronic signature
· A description of the material that was taken down and where it appeared on the website before removal
· A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
· Your name, address, phone number, and email address
· A statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may put the removed content back up within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complaining party files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We may, at our discretion, cancel accounts or restrict access for anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.
