Where We Ship From
All parcels are packed and sent from our UK-based premises. We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, unless stated otherwise for specific items.
Processing & Handling Time
We aim to process every order within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been confirmed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.
Processing includes checking your order, carefully packing your items, and getting everything ready for dispatch.

Understanding Delivery Timeframes
All delivery estimates start from the date your order leaves our warehouse, not the date you placed it.
These timeframes are estimates only. From time to time, delays may happen due to severe weather, courier disruption, busy periods, or other events beyond our control. While we always aim to meet the estimated window, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email. If tracking information is available from the courier, those details will be included.
Getting Your Address Right
Please make sure the shipping details you provide at checkout are accurate and complete. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Problems With Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, seems to be stuck, or turns up damaged or incomplete, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will do our best to help sort it out.

If a parcel is significantly overdue or we have reason to believe it is lost, we will work with the courier to investigate. How long it takes to resolve will depend on the carrier’s own process.

During bank holidays, seasonal sales, or other busy periods, both processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual.
