These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of any products from The Pet Squad through our website, thepetsquad.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Sale form part of the agreement between you and The Pet Squad. They should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns & Refund policy. If any conflict arises, these Terms of Sale will apply to the purchase of goods.

2. Products

We make every effort to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustration purposes, and colours or details may differ slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order. Acceptance takes place when we dispatch the goods or confirm we have accepted the order, whichever happens first.

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

· The product being out of stock
· A pricing or description error
· Suspicion of fraudulent activity
· Failure to meet any order criteria we have set

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method without undue delay.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Full payment is required at the point of checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. All transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers, and we do not have access to your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated timescales, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Any delivery dates we give are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and delivery completed.

6. Your Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel your order and return products in line with our Returns & Refund policy. In summary, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalised goods or items marked as final sale.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations) remain unaffected. You have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to cancel an order for a full refund, including standard delivery costs (but not return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect). You must inform us of your cancellation in writing within that cancellation period.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights. You are not required to pay return shipping costs for such items.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We are only liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product(s).

9. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, industrial action, or courier disruption). If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and aim to minimise any delay.

10. Personal Data

Any personal information you provide during the purchase process is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
